A U S Air Force/Vietnam veteran with degrees in Journalism & Education, Still & Video Photographer George Powell is an award winning, internationally published photojournalist, who retired after 30 years of service in news, education and government. He is concentrating his skills on canine action and portraiture as well as senic and nature photography. George has trained with Trish Spradley, Gail Frazier, Karen Kollgaard and Ellen Skillings. He is currently learning to herd sheep with his first Border Collie Ceilidh and Rescue BC Gracie. His English Shephard Cleo is retired from aglility.
